Clear Browser Cache - For Elite, NetDocs and any other web app
The below solution helps with issues accessing 3E from your Browser. Clearing the cache helps with corrupted sign in tokens.

1. Clear your Browser Cache either in Chrome or Edge
Open your browser, or the site that shows the error message, and do CONTROL+SHIFT+DELETE with your keyboard.
2. Clear Browsing Data
Make sure the Time Range is set to ALL TIME and the Cookies and other site data are checked.
3. Clear your Browser Data
Hit the Clear Now button and close the browser.
4. Make sure any other Browser window is closed.
5. Open ELITE from the browser one more time and Log in.
