How to set up multiple monitors (Windows)
Here is how to set up multiple monitors (Windows)
1) Right-click any empty space on your desktop's background and select Display settings.
2) On the Display screen that pops up, scroll down to
Multiple displays and make sure
Extend these displays is selected.
(This setting will make your workspace is spread across multiple monitors instead of showing the same thing on all screens.)
3) a) Scroll back up to
Rearrange your displays and click the
Identify button to show a visual indicator number of which monitor is in which order.
(This is where we can adjust how the mouse cursor moves across the monitors from left to right and back, as expected.)
b) If any monitors are out of order, you can
drag and drop them to rearrange their orientation. If you make any changes here, click
Apply to accept the changes.
(Make sure the order matches the order of how your monitors are set up on your desk at home.).
4) Once the monitors are in the correct orientation, you can close the
Display window.
