NetDocuments - NDMail Folder Mapping issue in Outlook

If the user is getting these type of errors:

This is related to the ND Folder Mapping Add-in for Outlook.

Close Outlook, and close the NDmail agent in the taskbar.

Then go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\NetDocuments, and delete the ND Folder Mapping folder:

Start Outlook and let me know if that happens again.
